Let’s sweat! Start off your week by firing up your entire body.


This class consists of intervals and cardio bursts that gets the heart pumping and the metabolism revved up!

FOCUS: FULL BODY CARDIO

Pliability (Core & Stretch) 60 min

Warm up your entire core by stabilizing and finding that perfect alignment. You will go deeper into different areas of the body that will release, lengthen and rejuvenate you. This class is a slower pace.

FOCUS: FULL BODY CARDIO

TONE (What You Own) - 45 min

Firm up with high reps of isometric contractions. This low impact workout will help maintain strength and length of your muscles and create the tone your body deserves.

FOCUS: SPECIFIC MUSCLE

GROUP TONING

W(h)ine Wednesday - 60 min

Get through ‘hump day’ with interval work for the upper body, lower body and core. Lots of high reps so you feel the BURN!

FOCUS: FULL BODY CARDIO

AM Express - 45 min

Quick full body burner to start off your day! This is a barre based class that targets the core, upper body, thighs and glutes.

FOCUS: FULL BODY TONING

Smooth Burnout - 45 min

Glide and Slide SMOOTHly along the floor with the use of traction and resistance. This low impact workout will sculpt every inch of your arms, legs, glutes and core while giving you a full body BURN!

FOCUS: FULL BODY with high concentration in Core stability

Friday Flow - 45-60 min

Full Body Flow that visits yoga poses and elements of barre without the barre. It will challenge your balance while using your breath to strengthen and lengthen your muscles. Vinyasa flow is optional to increase blood flow and add mild to moderate cardio.

Saturday Theme Classes - 45 min

Tone and sculpt every muscle in your body AND the main event is the playlist! Each week there will be a theme that incorporates a soundtrack of emotions, movies and different eras...costumes are optional but highly encouraged!

FOCUS: FULL BODY BURN

50/50 - 75 min

This class starts with a 40 minute full body BARRE BURNER that targets the core, upper body, thighs and glutes. It finishes with 30 minutes of Pliability and at least 5 minutes of complete rest that will leave you feeling refreshed.

FOCUS: FULL BODY BURN

ROLL OUT- 45 min

This class is designed for ACTIVE RECOVERY. It starts with a dynamic warmup and builds into a stabilization mat-based workout with the extra challenge of a foam roller. You will gain deeper core engagement and finish with some sweet self-myofascial release.
